Are you ready to take your business to the next level? You need to create a strong team that will make things happen for you. Use the following strategies and get ready to make some money.
If you are looking for people to help build your business, you can start by contacting the people you know. Just be careful, because some of your friends may be resistant to learning about a business opportunity.
Here are 3 great tips to help you find people online:
1. Use Twitter tools to find the right people for your team. Create a hashtag like #BusinessOpportunities or the one you prefer, and tell others what your business is about.
2. Create a blog to post content about your business. Most of the folks out there prefer to get as much information as they can before making a decision. Convince them that you’re a real business person and they’ll start contacting you. Don’t overwhelm people and give them too much information up front. Use curiosity to encourage people to contact you.
3. Record a video and share it via YouTube. Use a captivating title and be creative enough to tell them why they should become your partners. It’s all about being passionate and persistent. You’ll succeed!

Great suggestions, and it sparked me to think about a few more. Under the category of social listening, I’m auditioning persons for business opportunities every day. I make a list of the top ten persons I’d like to have as a partner, or customer.
Online, I use Google Alerts and create a search on their name in quotes, plus a keyword. When I get an email notification, I try to recognize them with a note or call.
I use meetup.com to find groups of like minded people, and then I go to meet them at face-to-face events.
I use Linkedin to ID and tag companies where I have interests, so that I get notified of updates.
There are many other site, like the Business Section of the local online newspaper, which inform me of pertinent persons receiving a promotion or something.
Doug,
Thank you for visiting my blog and thank you for the great suggestions.
