If you already have an exercise routine, try adding a new element, such as yoga.

Another tip is to use “power postures.” Research shows that spending just a few minutes standing with your arms akimbo or raised above your head in a victory gesture can lower stress hormones and enhance confidence levels. Finally, being supportive to others demonstrates that you’re secure in your leadership role, giving you an aura of confidence.
